Ashley Bayley

Ashley has been with Prospero Teaching since 2020, where she is currently working as a talent acquisition specialist and compliance lead. She has the pleasure of working closely with unqualified teachers, teachers-in-training, and experienced teachers across early childhood, primary, and special education. She also works directly with various universities and organisations that offer opportunities for teachers to grow and develop as professionals.

Ashley's background includes a degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialisation in infant and toddler learning and well-being. She brings passion and knowledge to her role, having several years of experience in the early childhood industry and additional experience in the recruitment field.
