Emily specialises in Early Childhood Education, focusing on both permanent placements and day-to-day relief teaching. She has three years of experience in recruitment, and prior to that, she was an ECE teacher. This background gives her a deep understanding of the rules and regulations and allows her to relate to both centres and candidates regarding their needs and desires when looking for a candidate or finding a centre. Emily believes that relationships are key, and she is dedicated to supporting centres in finding their ideal teachers and helping teachers secure their dream jobs.
