Kristina is arguably New Zealand’s most experienced education recruiter with over ten years specialising in the education sector.  She has recruited in early childhood, special education, primary and secondary, international schools, as well as Principal recruitment and roles in education-related government departments.

Kristina understands the nuances involved in finding the ideal match between school and educator, and develops strong relationships based on being solution focused, and acting as a trusted advisor to her clients.
