Centre Manager
Our client’s centre is looking for a Centre Manager to lead their large West Auckland centre.

This centre caters to all ages and ensures it has 4 suitable learning spaces to cater to the needs of each individual and group of children. This centre caters to children of all ages, with four thoughtfully designed learning spaces tailored to meet the needs of each age group and individual.
Positions Available: ECE Centre Manager
Type: 35-40 hours per week, full time
Locations: West Auckland

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of the centre, ensuring management policies are implemented and statutory requirements are met
- Rostering of staff
- Maintain and promote the centre's philosophy and educational goals
- Coordinate and support both the day-to-day and long-term operations of the centre
- Build strong professional relationships with staff, parents, and local stakeholders
- Lead, inspire, and manage the professional development of the team
What our client centre is looking for:
- Have NZ ECE Centre Manager or 2IC experience
- Hold a level 7 early childhood teaching qualification + NZ teachers registration
- Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics
- Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders, whanau, community and teaching team
- Is able to support, motivate and empower the teaching team as you manage and maintain the overall education and care for tamariki within the centre
