We are currently looking for experienced Centre Manager's for multiple positions for our clients Centres with locations available in both Rural South Auckland and South Auckland as well as West Auckland.

Be welcomed into a team that is well known for being passionate, building trusting relationships with whanau, and ensuring quality care and education is provided to the tamariki that are enrolled. This centre caters to all ages and ensures it has 4 suitable learning spaces to cater to the needs of each individual and group of children. This centre caters to children of all ages, with four thoughtfully designed learning spaces tailored to meet the needs of each age group and individual.

Positions Available:

Centre Manager - Rural South Auckland - Fulltime 40 Hours Per week

  • One position available in this location
  • Fantastic opportunity that doesn't arise often - have the chance to work within a brand new Centre which is due to open early 2025!

Centre Manager - West Auckland - Fulltime 40 hours per week

  • One position available in this location
  • Opportunity to work in a large license Centre of up to 150 children

Centre Manager - South Auckland - Fulltime 40 hours per week

  • Two positions available in different Centres within South Auckland
  • Both larger Centres with licenses of 100 and 122

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of the centre, ensuring management policies are implemented and statutory requirements are met
  • Rostering of staff
  • Maintain and promote the centre's philosophy and educational goals
  • Coordinate and support both the day-to-day and long-term operations of the centre
  • Build strong professional relationships with staff, parents, and local stakeholders
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the professional development of the team

What our client centre is looking for:

  • Have NZ ECE Centre Manager or 2IC experience
  • Hold a level 7 early childhood teaching qualification + NZ teachers registration
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics as well as the ability to run the day to day operations within the Centre and support your teaching team
