Your Partners in finding talented Kaiako

Prospero Teaching provides boutique recruitment services to schools across New Zealand. We understand the challenges faced by schools in finding the right educators who align with their values and contribute to a positive learning environment. With our extensive network of talented teachers, we specialise in matching schools with exceptional candidates who possess the necessary skills, passion, and commitment to make a lasting impact. With offices in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, our Talent Acquisition Team can source teachers from around the globe to teach in New Zealand classrooms.

We appreciate that the senior leadership team within schools wear many hats. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition can be a time-consuming process which takes valuable teaching time away from our Tamariki. We are here to take the heavy lifting off Principals and senior leaders so you can focus on your school operations and classrooms.
