We leverage our talent searching software, industry partners and consult with the Ministry of Education to ensure we can support you and find the right match for your school.

To ensure we fill your vacancy promptly, we encourage you to notify us as soon as a teacher resigns. The more time we have, the better we can find the perfect match for the position. Early notification allows us to thoroughly search for and identify the most suitable candidate for your needs.

All candidates will either possess the necessary work rights for employment in New Zealand, or we will collaborate with you to ensure that they obtain the appropriate work authorisation prior to commencing the position. This includes securing valid work visas or permanent residency.

Teachers have busy lives, and we understand that finding a new position can be a time-consuming task outside of school hours. That's where we come in. By working with us, teachers save precious time and gain access to our strong network of trusted schools and centres. Sponsorship is not required for all candidates. However, if a candidate needs sponsorship, we will discuss this with you during the recruitment process.
