- Act as a learning support teacher for year 9 students, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Tailor learning plans and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with the wider teaching team to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Support student progress
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation
- Hold a Level 7 Education Qualification in Primary/Secondary and/or NZQA-approved qualifications + NZ Teachers Registration.
- Comply with the Children’s Act 2014 compliance requirements
- Passion about supporting children with diverse needs
- Be flexible and adaptable, catering to the needs of children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student well-being and development.
