The beautiful facilities, located in a charming old Victorian building provide ornate ceilings and light filled rooms that facilitate a homely atmosphere and encourage ‘identity’ and ‘wellbeing’ amongst their children community. Their playgrounds are leafy, abundant and provide numerous learning opportunities for the children. Individual temperature control in each room ensures maximum comfort, regardless of the weather outside.

Skills and Experience 

• Work closely with your team to build a strong culture of collaboration and community
• Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance and quality of NQF and WH&S requirements
• Develop strong relationships with your team and families, fostering engagement
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and ability to develop your team
• Actively assist the team by supporting them on the floor (if required)
• Lead the Educational curriculum and mentor the team of teachers & educators

You must

• Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children’s services
• Must have minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience
• Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
• Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
• You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
