Family owned and operated long day care centre with integrated 4-year kindergarten has a team of professional and dedicated educators who can provide high-quality education and care to all children attending our long day care centre and kindergarten. Purpose built state of the art childcare centre provide a fun, creative, safe, healthy and caring environment which support children as they learn, develop and grow. Our Early Childhood Learning programs include creative play, interactive learning and the use of innovative software for young age, pre kinder and kindergarten children. These programs are tailored to a child’s individual skills and needs, working as a foundation to challenge them and develop independence. Our

Skills and Experience

• Provide confident support and motivation within your team of educators
• Ensure programming and documentation compliance in accordance with Early Years Learning Framework.
• Promote positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
• Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment alongside other educators
• To provide active supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of each child.

You must

• Relevant Degree qualification in Children’s Education and Care or other child studies qualifications assessed by ACECQA
• VIT Registration
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Experience working in a long day-care setting
• Excellent communication skills, positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• WWCC (Employer version)
• Valid First Aid qualification
