Prospero Teaching are working with an Early Childhood centre located in the beautiful northern beaches area. We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Assistant Centre Director to join their esteemed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the center
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Cultivate positive relationships with families and children
- Contribute to the creation of a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Ensure compliance with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Services National Regulation
- Act as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, dedication, and passion for early childhood education
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their educational leadership skills
Required Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the early childhood sector
- Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Services National Regulation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Passionate about promoting children’s development and learning
