The centre is a not-for-profit preschool, and early education and care centre catering for children from 6 weeks to 6 years. They are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join their team in Erskineville. As an established and well-known company in the early childhood education sector, they pride themselves on providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Skills and Experience 

• Be passionate about promoting children’s development and their learning
• Demonstrate a high pedagogical standard and ability to communicate these standards clearly
• Effectively perform responsibilities of an Early Childhood Educator within NSW
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

You must  

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma/Cert 3 in ECE for lead educator role (or an ACECQA equivalent)
• Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
• You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
