Prospero Teaching are a specialist Education recruitment agency and work closely with many early learning centres across and are currently seeking a part time or full time Room leader and Educator to join there well-established team. The centre believes that each child is unique and aim to engage children’s learning of content through a play-based learning approach. The centre is a small centre which is located beneath a local Primary school.

Skills and Experience 

• Room Leaders/ Diploma or cert III Educators
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of your room including curriculum development and administrative procedure.
• Applicants who can work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Work passionately to develop positive relationships with families and children and contribute to a positive working environment.

You must

• Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualifications in accordance with ACECQA Approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualifications
• Work rights in Australia
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services National Regulation
• Provide a minimum of two professional references (One from your most recent employer)
