Part-Time ECE Teacher - Papamoa, Tauranga

Prospero Teaching are seeking a qualified + registered ece teacher for our client centre in Papamoa, Tauranga.

ABOUT THE AREA:

Love walking on the beach? This centre is a short walk to beautiful soft white sand, perfect for those lunch time walks or afternoon strolls.
With the addition to near by shopping hubs you can grab a bite to eat or head to an early screening of the latest movie.
The world is your oyster with a position that offers work life balance but keeps you connected within the ece sector.

LOCATION: Papamoa, Tauranga
ROLE: ECE Teacher (2 days per week 9am – 2:30pm)
START: Flexible for the right teacher

ABOUT THE CENTRE:

• Licensed for 24 tamariki
• Mixed age centre
• Nature based programme
• Large open outdoor play space with a garden and plenty of recourses to encourage gross motor skills

• Ability to positively engage with the tamariki, parents, staff, and the wider community
• Easy access to transportation
• Eagerness to grow and learn
• A true passion for Early Childhood Education and natural sustainable practises
• Effective communication skills with a proactive outlook and an ability to always maintain professionalism

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have recent experience working with children in a formal setting
• Qualified Early Childhood Teacher + valid teachers registration
• Comply with the Children’s Act 2014 compliance requirements
• Must be in New Zealand
