• Ability to positively engage with the tamariki, parents, staff, and the wider community
• Easy access to transportation
• A true passion for Primary Education
• Ability to engage and work across all age groups and effectively support the nz curriculum
• Effective communication skills with a proactive outlook and an ability to always maintain professionalism

BEFORE JOINING THE TEAM

• Hold a Level 7 Education Qualification in Primary/ Secondary and/or NZQA-approved qualifications
• Current NZ Teachers Registration
• Comply with the Children’s Act 2014 compliance requirements
