About the Centre
This Early Learning Centre cares for children from birth through to 5 years old. Children are encouraged to learn through play and self-independence whilst exploring a natural environment which stimulates their curiosity. The experienced team promote childhood as a journey of discovery and exploration, whilst also being a time to learn and experiment about life and the world.
The Centre are seeking a Room Leader to continue creating a positive culture for learning and ensure children are given the best start to life. Experience working as a Room Leader is desirable however not mandatory.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrate a high pedagogical standard and ability to communicate these standards clearly.
- Effectively perform responsibilities of a Early Childhood Educator within NSW.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
You must
- Have NESA registration, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
- Have full work rights in Australia.
- Available to start immediately (open to negotiation).
- Provide three professional references from your most recent employer/s
- Have experience working as an educator in Early Childhood
